I got this in an email from a great friend of mine today. Eu tenho isso em um e-mail de um grande amigo do meu hoje. I know many people out there are feeling worried and afraid and this email was such a beautiful reminder to me of all that we are, that I just had to share it with you. Sei que muitas pessoas lá fora estão se sentindo preocupados e com medo e este e-mail era uma bela recordação para mim de tudo o que somos, que eu só tinha de compartilhá-lo com você.

It is more and more obvious that we are in the time of Great Acceleration of Events. É mais e mais evidente que estamos no momento de grande aceleração de Eventos. As big changes occur with increasing speed and frequency it is ever more important to be centered and in balance within yourself. Como grandes mudanças ocorrem com o aumento da velocidade e freqüência, é cada vez mais importante para ser centrada e em equilíbrio dentro de si mesmo. I have noticed some themes running through our mass consciousness. Tenho notado alguns temas que atravessa a nossa massa consciência.

The hurricane passing through Texas left millions “without power”, homes wiped away, jobs gone, sometimes whole neighborhoods gone. O furacão passando por Texas esquerda milhões "sem poder", lares apagado, os postos de trabalho foi, por vezes bairros inteiros ido. There is also a hurricane sweeping through the nations economy. Existe também um furacão varrendo as nações através da economia. Bear Sterns, Fannie May, Freddie Mac, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, AIG and many other smaller banks and financial companies- all swept away in the blink of an eye- and these are just the first dominoes to fall. Bear Sterns, Fannie May, Freddie Mac, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, AIG e muitos outros mais pequenos bancos e empresas financeiras afastaram-tudo num piscar de olhos, e estes são apenas o primeiro dominó a cair. Jobs disappear, savings, nest eggs, plans and dreams all washed away for many already. Empregos desaparecem, a poupança ninho ovos, todos os planos e sonhos para muitos já lavados. It is interesting to me that the building in Houston most damaged by Hurricane Ike was the JP Morgan Chase Bank building. É interessante para mim que o edifício em Houston mais danificado pelo furacão Ike foi o JP Morgan Chase Bank edifício. It is interesting to me that stocks are called “securities”. É interessante para mim que as existências são os chamados "valores mobiliários".

Let us all now stop and reflect deeply on these self inquiries in a personal way: Have I lost power? Vamos parar tudo agora e auto reflectir profundamente sobre estes inquéritos pessoais em um caminho: Já perdeu o poder? If I have no electricity, am I without power? Se eu não têm electricidade, estou sem poder?
What is my power and where does it come from. Qual é o meu poder e de onde ela vem. What is my security? Qual é a minha segurança? What is the source of security? Qual é a fonte de segurança?

The activity on the great movie screen in front of us is all trying to tell us something, if we have ears and eyes to perceive. A atividade na tela grande do filme na frente de todos nós está tentando nos dizer alguma coisa, se tivermos ouvidos e os olhos para perceber.

I say: the power lines are NOT down…the power lines are up and always here….we just have to learn and know how to access them. Eu digo: o poder linhas não são estabelecidas as linhas eléctricas são ... e sempre até aqui .... Só temos de aprender e de saber como acessá-los. There is a way to access power and security and all else you require….not from out there…not from the Grid, not from Fema , not from the Federal Reserve, not from Obama or McCain, not from the system that we have been taught we must be dependent on…but from within. Existe uma forma de acesso, segurança e potência de tudo que você necessita .... Lá fora, não da ... não da grelha, não da Fema, e não a partir da Reserva Federal, e não de Obama ou McCain, não a partir do sistema que temos vindo a ensinou que temos de estar dependentes ... mas a partir de dentro.

This is the lesson in all this. Esta é a lição de tudo isso. This is the aikido shift all this upheaval is attempting to teach us and show us how- “learn how to access your power and security and stability from within” This is the lesson. Este é o Aikido mudança toda esta agitação está a tentar ensinar-nos e mostrar-nos como "aprender a acessar a sua potência, segurança e estabilidade a partir de dentro" Esta é a lição.

May those of us who have the luxury to meditate and philosophize about such things all send love and blessings and support to all those who are feeling fear or a lack of safety and security.
